Returns
You have the option to request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving your order under the following circumstances:
Please contact us first before initiating your return for all the reasons below, so we can review your request and provide you with the return address.
Faulty Items:
If the item you receive is faulty or malfunctions, please provide photo or video evidence of the issue within 30 days of receipt. Upon review, we will promptly issue a refund without requiring you to return the item.
Items Not as Described or Not as Expected:
If you receive an item that is not as described or not what you expected, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate the return process. Upon receiving the goods in their original condition and packaging, we will issue a full refund, with customers fully responsible for arranging and covering the cost of the return shipment for all non-faulty returns, as these costs are non-refundable. You have an additional 30 days to return the goods once you've notified us.
Important: Items that are no longer needed or unwanted after purchase are not eligible for return or refund.
Sale Items:
Your return rights for sale items are the same as for full-priced items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
